I am happy to report that I have finished writing the first draft of my book. It is fiction of the fantasy variety, in case you were wondering. I thought I will let you know. I don’t want to give away significant details at this point, but I will say a few vague things to try and pique your interest.
- It has gods and stuff
- It has time travel
- It has space
- It has auto rickshaws
- It has death
- There is Mumbai
- There may be aliens
- It does not have songs
The working title, as of now, is:
Narayan Ojha and the Secrets of the Universe
I started on this project in the middle of January 2017 and wrote every day for three months. It is the most significant undertaking of my life so far. A lot of work does remain as this is just the first draft, but I wanted to mark this day as somewhat important. Hence the update. There will be more updates in the coming weeks. Stay tuned!
